Question for Israelis

What did you have for breakfast this morning?
What do most people eat for breakfast?

A ham sandwich and a cup of coffee. I don't have time for a bigger breakfast on weekdays.

Typical Israeli breakfast consists of a variety of cheeses, Israeli salad (tomatoes, cucumbers a bit of onion, lemon juice and olive oil), some bread, some olives, and coffee.
For years, when I had to eat in the morning, I'd have a cookie or a piece of cake. My wife tends to have only coffee.
I think "continental" breakfast is still dominant. Bread/toast, cheese, vegetables, coffee. Maybe cookies/piece of cake.
My GF usually has a cup of juice or tea and a bread slice with margarine.
I usually don't have anything. Maybe juice. Tea when it's really cold (rare). Coffee in the morning makes my stomach spin.
Notably, a lot of mid-to-high class families adopted the american style of cereal for the young (up to early twenties).
Am I blabbing? I'm blabbing, aren't I...
forgot... lots of my friends started doing the yoghurt thing. Sweet stuff with fruit or something. Yoplait-esque.
